Write down three things weighing on you. Examples: unanswered customer emails, an unfinished newsletter, or notes you need to organize.
Choose one familiar AI tool. Use the tool you already have access to.
Copy the prompt below. Add your three tasks and the time you have available. Leave out private customer or business information.
Run one small play. Ask AI to help with the first step—such as drafting one reply, outlining your newsletter, or organizing your notes. Review its output before using it.
Record your win. Finish this sentence: “Today, I moved forward by ______.” Notice what helped so you can repeat it.
